Our Beginning

Memorie Lane co was born from a simple moment, the arrival of our son. In those early days of parenthood, we wanted to hold onto every detail: tiny handprints, first smiles, and milestones that passed far too quickly.

We realised there was a gap between preserving these memories and having something beautiful enough to display in our homes. So we created Memorie Lane co.

Each handmade keepsake is designed with intention to capture the fleeting beauty of early parenthood while blending seamlessly into the spaces we love. We’re a family-owned business in South Africa, and we pour our hearts into every piece.

At this stage, we do not offer custom designs outside of the options available on our website. As we grow, we hope to introduce more personalisation options in the future.

We currently offer four standard colour options. We are always looking at expanding our range and hope to introduce more colours as our collection grows.

As each piece is made to order, production typically takes 15–20 business days after your design has been approved. Delivery time is additional and depends on your location.

We take great care in packaging every order, but if your product arrives damaged, please email us at info@memorielaneco.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged product
Photos of the packaging

We'll assess the damage and work with you to find the best possible solution.

Before production begins, we'll send you a digital design proof for approval.

Please review every detail carefully, including spelling, dates and any personalised information.

Once you've approved the design, production will begin. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any errors that were present on the approved proof.

Shipping times vary depending on your delivery address. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your parcel.

If production has not yet started, we'll do our best to accommodate any changes.
